Short-lived mid-90s group on short-lived Mute subsidiary label 13th Hour Recordings. Probably for the best, unless you happen to be one of those people who still likes sub-Ministry industrial rock with growling distorted vocals. Redeemed only slightly by the amusing, slightly self-effacing lyrics. I only bought this because of the Mute records association. The label was a mainstay of my youth in the alternative eighties, but one must admit they took an awful lot of wrong turns along the way. I never bothered to check this band at the time, and looks like I didn’t miss much. The acid-techno b-side version is similarly locked in a mid-’90s time-capsule best left unopened.
Nice sleeve, though.
